Day 4: Delivering the Plan
Day 4 of this 5 day course focuses on delivery. We will make final preparations to ensure you have prepared thoroughly for this stage. Is the setting ready? Have you considered barriers? Are staff on board? We will consider practical ideas to address these questions and you will leave the session fully equipped to deliver your Implementation Plan.
