    Entrust Education Technologies

    Sharon works as an education consultant for Entrust Education Technologies. Passionate about the use of technology to enhance learning Sharon initially qualified as a primary school teacher and spent 14 years teaching in a large inner city primary school in Birmingham.

    Sharon also taught the PGCE ICT programme at Birmingham City University from 2005-2010. Now working with schools across the West Midlands and other authorities, Sharon encourages them to use technology, helping them make best use of technology in school.

    Entrust Education Technologies

    Vikki works as an education consultant for Entrust Education Technologies, previously a computing lead in a middle school for 6 years.

    Vikki is an expert at using technology to enhance teaching and learning and enjoys sharing her passion and enthusiasm for technology in the classroom. Vikki works with senior leaders and computing leads to provide a strategic approach to the implementation of technology.

    In addition, Vikki has had the privilege of supporting a working party organised by the DfE to produce Teaching Online Safety in Schools guidance. Vikki has been a guest speaker at online safety events, including SEBDA and Warwickshire County Council.

Computing Leaders Support and Development Group (Day 2 of 3)

Focus: Leadership and Management
For: Computing leaders

Description:

This 2-hour session will look at the role of subject leadership and delivery of the computing curriculum, packed with the latest news and updates. It provides a fantastic networking opportunity to learn from your colleagues and share insights and best practice, as well as being guided by the trainers. This meeting is designed to support you in your role as an effective computing leader.

Topics may include: Monitoring and evidencing computing, action planning, programming, AI, guidance, frameworks, tools and resources for technology and online safety.

Multiple Sessions:

This is a three session programme. All three sessions must be attended.
