Pamela MattyPamela has extensive experience as a headteacher of an inner-city primary school for 25 years.
Pamela has experience of leading mathematics within a local authority and training school leaders nationally and internationally. She has a specific interest in the development of leadership skills, in particular the journey of middle leaders.
Her Masters degree is in educational leadership and management.
