For: Headteachers, heads of school, senior leaders

Description:

This short course is aimed at Executive Head Teachers, Head Teachers, Heads of School, Principals and Senior Leaders who are responsible for school improvement. It will provide practical advice and support around how to easily prioritise key areas for your School Development Plan using the principles set out in the EEF Implementation guidance.

You will leave having identified at least one area for improvement, with clear next steps and criteria for success.

Director’s Note:

This is 100% one for heads and deputies to attend together. Then sit down on the face to face day and get that SDP written before the Summer hols!
