Introduction
In 2019, BCPP were proud to begin a new relationship with Vasteras Kommun, welcoming six headteachers to our schools who spent a week job shadowing colleagues across the West Midlands. Once again we are grateful to Erasmus+ for their help and financial support in making this collaboration possible. Our headteacher colleagues in BCPP schools very much hope to be able to have the possibility of visiting schools in Vasteras in the near future.

A visit from three Vasteras school advisors focusing on how schools within the BCPP undertake school improvement work.
October 2019
A visit from four Vasteras headteachers to BCPP schools to job shadow leadership in UK schools.
March 2019
A visit from six Vasteras headteachers to schools within the BCPP over a time span of three weeks as the first part of a 2018-2020 Erasmus+ funded project allowing staff to experience an international job shadowing placement.
